1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and fd7 ("fd7", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of the fd7 website located at fd7.club and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features accessible through that domain (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an fd7 account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — whether via sports betting, casino games, fishing games, slots, or any other product — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual bonus terms.

fd7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, fd7 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the registered account address. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the fd7 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. fd7 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account, access the Platform, or place any wager, regardless of whether such use is permitted under any other applicable law or jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party when registering, depositing, or wagering.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of fd7 or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account suspended or permanently closed by fd7 for a breach of these Terms.

fd7 uses age verification procedures during the account registration process and prior to processing any withdrawal. Acceptable proof of age documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. fd7 reserves the right to suspend account activity pending completion of age verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of fd7 products and services, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the fd7 Platform. If fd7 identifies that a player has registered more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — fd7 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Upon completing registration, you will be required to verify your identity before your first withdrawal. fd7 may request the following documents as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process:

• Proof of identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your residential address in Bangladesh, dated within 90 days.
• Proof of payment method: Screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits.

fd7 operates a secure login system accessible via the fd7 login page at fd7.club/fd7-login. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your fd7 login credentials with any other person. fd7 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact fd7 support immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. fd7 will investigate all credible reports of unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend your account during the course of that investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

fd7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted on the Platform:

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability)

The minimum deposit on fd7 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your fd7 account within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. fd7 processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, provided that the relevant KYC documents have been submitted and verified. fd7 applies a first deposit, first withdrawal policy — withdrawals are directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. fd7 does not charge internal processing fees on standard withdrawals, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.

fd7 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where KYC documentation has not been provided, where a bonus wagering requirement has not been met, or where fd7 is conducting an investigation into the account in question. In such cases, fd7 will notify the player and provide a reasonable explanation for the delay.

Deposits made for the sole purpose of exploiting a payment processing error, a system glitch, or a bonus loophole are strictly prohibited. Any balance arising from such activity may be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

fd7 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game lists, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms for a given promotion, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

General principles governing all fd7 bonuses include the following:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed identity verification unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• A wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in the relevant offer.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Free bet credits may only be used on the specific market or game type stated in the promotion. Free bet stakes are not included in any winnings returned.
• fd7 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus from any account where it reasonably determines that the bonus has been obtained or used in a manner that constitutes abuse, including through coordinated play across multiple accounts, use of arbitrage betting strategies intended to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other method that fd7 deems exploitative.
• Players may only claim a welcome bonus or new player promotion once. Duplicate accounts created to claim a welcome bonus multiple times will result in forfeiture of all funds and permanent account closure.

fd7 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already accepted a promotion at the time it is withdrawn will retain the bonus subject to the original terms, unless the promotion was launched in error or is found to have been exploited.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on the fd7 sportsbook are subject to the general betting rules published on the Platform, as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules that apply to the relevant event. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that bet type.

The following general betting and gaming principles apply across all fd7 products:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is confirmed only once fd7 has issued a bet confirmation number. In the event that a bet is placed but no confirmation is received due to a technical error, the bet should be treated as void until confirmed by fd7 support.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• Void bets: fd7 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or affected by circumstances that fundamentally alter the nature of the market. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake.
• In-play betting: Live in-play markets may be suspended at any time at fd7's discretion. Bets placed during a suspension will be void. Players are responsible for ensuring the market is active before placing an in-play wager.
• Maximum winnings: fd7 applies maximum payout limits per event and per bet type. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market. fd7 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum potential winnings available to any individual player at its discretion.
• Casino games: All casino games, including slots, live casino tables, and fishing games, are provided by third-party certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game-specific rules are governed by the rules of the relevant game studio. fd7 is not responsible for game software malfunctions attributable to the game provider.
• Error correction: In the event that a game or betting market displays an incorrect price, outcome, or result due to a technical or human error, fd7 reserves the right to correct the error and void or re-settle affected bets accordingly.

For cricket betting specifically, fd7 covers Bangladesh Tigers home and away fixtures, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other ICC-sanctioned events. Cricket markets include match winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs over/under, and live ball-by-ball markets. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fd7 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and permanent closure without further notice:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or details.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the KYC verification process.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their express consent.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with casino games, or exploit the Platform in any manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches to generate profit. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and subject to recovery.
• Engaging in money laundering or using fd7 as a mechanism to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. fd7 complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Making chargebacks or disputed payment claims through your payment provider in bad faith after receiving services on the Platform.
• Abusing the fd7 bonus system through multi-accounting, bonus hunting across related accounts, or systematic exploitation of wagering requirement structures in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing fd7 support staff or other platform users.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Players may request closure of their fd7 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, fd7 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal to the player's registered payment method before closing the account. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may make use of the following self-management tools available on the Platform:

• Cool-off period: A temporary suspension of account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. The account is reactivated automatically at the end of the selected period.
• Self-exclusion: A longer-term suspension of account access for 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or on a permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, fd7 will not send any promotional communications to the excluded player. A self-exclusion period cannot be shortened once activated.
• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

fd7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice where it reasonably determines that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false identity information, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

In the event of account closure by fd7 for breach of Terms, any bonus funds held in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the breach. Where funds are withheld pending investigation, fd7 will communicate the outcome of the investigation to the player within a reasonable timeframe.
